MyOwnBooks2go app for iPhone and iPad

The myownbooks2go titles are for students who are beginning to read or at the pre-primer and first grade level or reading for all ages toddlers-teens and young adults. Familiar titles created by Pati King-DeBaun, M.S. CCC-SLP include: the Storytime Stories, Toddler Stories, Adapted Stories and New Teen and Young Adult Stories, curriculum content including informational text, Language, Social Learning and Core Learning Activities as well as stories from myownbook2go authors and users. The books are growing continuously giving the students a resource of ready to read books! For students who have disabilities special accessible features are built into the App for scanning selections, and books pages. This App allows you to play the titles only with accessibility features built in.

Student’s can:
•Have Alternative Access to books  (for student’s who need switches and or auditory prompting or touch sensitivity)
•Listen for modeled fluency
•Listen to a modeled learning activity
•Listen to a social story
•Listen and practice speech goals
•Read for curriculum content

About the Author Developed by Pati King–DeBaun, M.S. CCC-SLP with over 29 years experience working with students who have disabilities. She is owner of the company Creative Communicating has been developing products for communication, literacy and learning for 24 years. She is known for her innovative and creative instructional strategies and resources. Her Storytime books and learning strategies have been used extensively in special education classrooms across the world.

Accessibility Options
Options include single switch scan, two switch scan, auditory prompting, and direct touch options. This App is compatible with R.J. Coopers Bluetooth switch interface, AblNet’s Blue2 Switch Interface and APPlicator sold by Inclusive Technology.

- Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
- Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the users Account Settings after purchase
